Classification BLDC motors by load
Brushless DC motor is widely application, such as cars, tools, industrial control, automation and aerospace and so on. Overall, the brushless DC motor can be divided into the following two main application:
Continuous load applications : mainly in such areas which need a certain speed but less precision speed, such as fans , pumps , hair dryers and other similar applications, such applications is lower cost and more for open-loop control .
Variable load applications : the application of controlling the speed into a range of change, the higher demends in response of the dynamic characteristics and the speed characteristics of the motor. Such as home appliances—the dryers and the compressors is a good example; the automotive industry in the oil pump controlling , electrical controls , engine control , The cost of such applications system is relatively higher.
①too much or too less grease; ② bad oil or the oil containing impurities ; ③ bearing and journal or cap are mismatch ( too loose or too tight ); ④ The internal hole of bearing bore is eccentric, it wiped with shaft ; ⑤ Motor cover or the bearing cap is not installed level ; ⑥ coupling between the motor and the load is uncorrected , or belt is too tight ; ⑦ The gap between bearing is too large or too small ; ⑧ motor shaft bent.
